Privacy policy

This policy explains how Digital Empires Media ("we") handles personal data on allmarketsdesk.com and tradeallmarkets.com. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Email signups. If you join the newsletter or the GoldRush list, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your name. We use it to send what you signed up for.
  • Analytics. If enabled, we use a self-hosted Matomo instance to count visits and see which pages are used. It records standard request data such as page, referrer, browser type and approximate location. We run it on our own servers and do not sell this data.
  • Server logs. Our host keeps standard logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and troubleshooting.
  • Messages. If you email us we keep the message to respond to it.

Calculators

Calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not sent to us.

Third-party services

Pages may load content from other companies, which can receive your IP address and browser details when they do:

  • TradingView provides charts and price tickers.
  • Google Fonts may serve the typefaces used on the site.
  • Cloudflare provides DNS and network protection.

Each has its own privacy policy.

How we use data

To deliver what you ask for, run and secure the site, understand what content is useful, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics and logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to some processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond.

Cookies

We aim to run with minimal cookies. Third-party widgets may set their own. Your browser settings let you block or delete them.

Children

This site is not for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post changes here and update the date above.
